The man with the inverse midas touch
The TPA is again plugging the views of Dan Mitchell of the Centre for Freedom and Prosperity. Mitchell is the US rightwinger who thinks we should emulate the tax-cutting economies of Iceland, Ireland, Slovakia and Estonia.
As Andreas says: “It seems like the man has some kind of strange inverse midas touch. It seems as if any economy singled out for praise is now in serious economic trouble.”
